Pre-Launch: If you choose to cancel your service before we have initiated any campaign work, you may be eligible for a full refund. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to request a cancellation.
Post-Launch: Once we have begun your digital marketing campaign, we cannot offer a full refund due to the costs and resources already committed. However, if you’re not satisfied with the progress or results within the first 30 days, please contact us. We will evaluate the situation and, if deemed appropriate, may offer a partial refund or an alternative solution to ensure your satisfaction.
Monthly Services: For ongoing monthly services, you may cancel at any time. We require a 30-day notice for cancellation to allow ample time to wind down activities. Any charges incurred will be pro-rated, and the final payment will only include services until the cancellation takes effect.
Cancellations: Cancellations of digital marketing services must be requested in writing by emailing support@omnidigitalsolutions.com. Please provide your order number, company name, and detailed reasons for the cancellation. After your cancellation request is processed, you will receive a confirmation email from our team.
